| | | HOLLEY PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS (the “Company”) announced today that its reorganization plan has been confirmed by the bankruptcy court, clearing the way for a speedy exit from bankruptcy. The plan overhauls the Company’s capital structure by converting a majority of the Company’s debt into equity. The plan also provides for the payment in full of all obligations to customers, employees, and vendors. Implementation of the plan is currently underway and the Company expects to formally exit bankruptcy near the end of March. Thomas W. Tomlinson, Holley’s Chief Financial Officer, said, “We are extremely pleased with the plan’s confirmation and the rapid pace with which we have moved through this process. Our formal emergence from bankruptcy will occur near the end of the month so this will have been a quick pit stop for Holley. The Company would like to extend a special thanks to all of our customers, employees, and vendors for their support during this process – that support has allowed our fast-track restructuring.” Holley is a leader in the automotive performance aftermarket and has a growing industrial OEM business. | | Taking it to the Streets with the Aftermarket Shopping Guide Network from DPI In mid-April of 2007. Digital Performance Inc (DPI) launched its Aftermarket Shopping Guide on its own directory sites: Streetperformance.com, Raceindustry.com and Dirtdirectory.com. Today the DPI Shopping Guide network has expanded to 15 websites, reaching nearly 1.4 million people a month! The number of searches for performance parts and accessories for car and truck owners has grown from just a trickle back in Summer of ‘07 to its present rate of over $10 million worth of parts searches per month. That number is expected to triple by the time the next PWA show comes up on the calendar again. For PWA members, this means better-informed customers and fewer returns. Why? Because the heart and soul of the Shopping Guiide is a fitment matching engine. Consumer enthusiasts enter the year, make and model of car or truck and are shown parts that the manufacturers assure them will fit and perform on their vehicles. Reducing customer confusion and uncertainty goes a long way, but the real payoff is when the buyer opens the box and pulls out a part that was designed for his vehicle. (DH) |
